answer text <p>The General Data Protection Regulation will apply to EU member states, including the UK, from 25 May 2018.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is committed to ensuring the highest level of data protection for UK citizens now and in the future. To that end, the Data Protection Bill, as announced in the Queen's Speech, will be introduced to Parliament in due course.</p> more like this
