answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2014 answer text <p>In contrast to the Labour Government’s failed top-down policy to impose eco-towns on local communities, this Government’s approach is to work closely with areas that wish to bring forward locally supported large scale development. Our locally-led garden cities prospectus sought expressions of interest from local areas interested in delivering a new garden city.
