<p>Whilst customers are not automatically informed of their option to seek a waiver, we remain committed to working with anyone who is struggling with their repayment terms and encourage anyone who cannot afford the proposed rate of repayment, or that does not consider recovery appropriate given their particular circumstances, to contact the Department.</p>
