<p>DWP retained EU law that has already been identified is listed on the publicly accessible <a href="https://public.tableau.com/app/profile/governmentreporting/viz/UKGovernment-RetainedEULawDashboard/Guidance" target="_blank">dashboard</a>. The department will continue to work to identify where DWP owned</p><p>EU-derived legislation remains on the statute book and the dashboard will be updated throughout 2023.</p>
