<p>No such assessment has been made as this is a matter for the local authorities concerned. It is for local authorities to decide whether to engage an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) to manage their housing. Local authorities are responsible for ensuring that their housing complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, regardless of whether the homes are managed by an ALMO.</p><p> </p>
