answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2021 answer text <p>The Department for Health and Social Care and the Home Office have established a Crisis Care Senior Operational Group, with membership from both Departments, the National Police Chiefs Council, the Association for Police and Crime Commissioners, NHS England and NHS Improvement, Mind and others. This group recently discussed a national agreement between mental health services, social care and the police to ensure that people detained by the police under section 136 are safely and effectively transferred into health services.</p><p>Department of Health and Social Care and Home Office officials meet regularly and are members of the cross-Government governance group overseeing implementation of the Mental Health Act 1983 reforms, as set out in the White Paper published earlier this year. This work includes our commitment to remove police stations as a designated place of safety under the Act. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/06/2021 answer text <p>Under the NHS Long Term Plan, we will invest almost £1 billion extra by 2023/24 in community mental health services for adults with severe mental illness, such as eating disorders. In addition, an extra £58 million will be invested this financial year to accelerate the expansion of integrated primary and secondary care for this patient group</p><p><br> We have also set up the first waiting time standard for children and young people’s eating disorder services with the aim that 95% of children with an eating disorder will receive treatment within one week for urgent cases and within four weeks for routine cases. Under the NHS Long Term Plan, £53 million of extra funding a year is planned to go into children and young people's community eating disorder services from 2021/22. GP practices have remained open throughout the pandemic, offering face to face appointments to those who need them as well as telephone and online consultations. To help expand general practice capacity, an additional £270 million of funding was made available from November 2020 until September 2021 to ensure GPs and their teams can continue to support all patients.</p><p>No assessment has been made on the quality of menstrual health services during the covid-19 outbreak, as this information is not held centrally by NHS England.</p><p>The Government are embarking on the first Women’s Health Strategy for England. To ensure the Women’s Health Strategy reflects what women identify as priorities, the government launched a 14 week call for evidence which will run until 13 June 2021 to gather women’s experiences and views regarding their health and care.
