The 32 seconds waiting time was the average between April 2016 and January 2017.</p><p> </p><p>Since 2010, the DVLA’s contact centre advisers handle on average 10.6 million calls each year. Over this period, the DVLA has received 72 complaints in the average year about busy lines. However, wearing high visibility clothing is a matter of individual choice. Road traffic noise is covered in the “Noise action plan for roads (including major roads)” and the “Noise action plan for agglomerations.”</p><p> </p><p>These identify “noise important areas” and highway authorities are required to assess whether any mitigation is required at each noise important area. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/07/2016 answer text <p>There are no plans to publish data regarding how many certificates of sponsorship for immigration entry clearance are granted to each licensed sponsoring employer.</p><p>There is no requirement to publish annual information regarding how long sponsor licences are valid for as all sponsor licences are issued for four years, as set out in the published sponsor guidance.</p><p>Sponsorship data by tier and industry type is already published as part of the immigration statistics quarterly releases on the gov.uk website.
