answer text <p>Highways England, in line with the project management process, will review the project upon completion to establish the causes of any failures, including the failure to identify adverse ground conditions and contamination. Any lessons learnt from this stage of project completion will be factored into other projects. The scheme has highlighted the benefits of &quot;pain and gain&quot; contracts when there is uncertainty about some costs until work commences.</p><p> </p> more like this
