<p>The UK government continue to raise our concerns regarding alleged atrocities committed
during the conflict directly with the relevant authorities. During a meeting with
the Azerbaijani Ambassador on 9 November, the Minister for Europe raised allegations
that atrocities had been committed during fighting along the international border
in September. On 3 October the British Embassy in Baku issued a statement regarding
allegations of mistreatment and abuses following fighting in September. On 6 October,
the UK Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation
in Europe highlighted UK concerns over the reports and noted that the Azerbaijani
Prosecutor General's office have launched an investigation.</p>
