The UK recently announced a significant £1.1 billion pledge to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. The 2013 review of the 2011 UK HIV Position Paper ‘Towards Zero Infections’ identified the integration of HIV with wider development needs as a key strategic priority.
