answer text <p>A full list of summary data of performance against all contractors’ KPIs will not be published. As is standard practice for major Government contracts, four Gold Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s, selected in accordance with Cabinet Office criteria, will be published on 27 April 2023 for each of the FDIS Accommodation contracts.</p><p> </p><p>For the National Accommodation Management Services Contract (Pinnacle), these are Application Completions, Allocation satisfaction including Move-in and Move-out satisfaction, Resolution of Stage 1 complaints and social value. For the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Services Contracts (VIVO and Amey) these are Right First Time, Homes Prepared to Meet the Move-In Standard, Customer Satisfaction and Social Value.</p> more like this

answer text <p>There are a total of 47,448 boilers in Service Family Accommodation (SFA). Of these, 1,366 have no boiler age recorded. The total number of boilers in SFA which are between 10 and 15 years old is 41,237.</p><p> </p><p>Approximately 2,500 boilers are replaced annually within SFA.</p><p> </p><p>Due to the format in which Single Living Accommodation data is recorded, the information requested can only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Each month, on average, there will typically be over 20,200 maintenance tasks raised for the circa 37,000 currently occupied Service Family Accommodation properties; this equates to each home having on average five to six repairs carried out annually. These tasks will range from changing bulbs in strip lights, grounds maintenance, through to boiler repairs.</p><p>The tables below show the number of work orders which were reported each month to the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service suppliers and remained open at the end of each month in Northern and Central and Southeast and Southwest regions that were classed as urgent and routine in February 2023 and March 2023. answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) fully recognises that the provision of safe, good quality and well-maintained accommodation is essential to operational output, and providing such accommodation is one of the MOD’s top priorities.</p><p> </p><p>In the last seven years, MOD has invested more than £936 million in Service Family Accommodation (SFA) improvements. Currently, just under 97% of MOD SFA meet or exceed the Government’s Decent Homes Standard. Only these properties are allocated to Service families.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Extensive works are required to address the underlying cause of the damp and mould in the 154 unallocated Service Family Accommodation properties. These properties will remain vacant until the issues are addressed.</p><p> </p><p>Planning has begun in all cases; surveys have been instructed and requirements are being scoped. The outcome of the planning stage will determine the necessary works, which will then be put out to tender.</p><p> </p><p>The Ministry of Defence aim to have these 154 properties ready for allocation to families in the summer of 2023. This will be subject to the confirmation of funding to complete these remediation works, and the necessary ecology licences being granted by local authorities.</p> more like this
