<p>Frontline health and care staff are at high risk of acquiring COVID-19 infection
and of transmitting that infection to multiple persons who are particularly vulnerable
to COVID-19 as well as to other staff in a healthcare environment. They have been
prioritised in the first phase. Staff working on the COVID-19 vaccination programme,
temporary staff, students, trainees and volunteers who are working with patients are
included within the priority group of frontline healthcare workers.</p>
