answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2020 answer text <p>The Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) of up to £3,000 per four-week period is available to all businesses in England that have been required to close due to local and national restrictions.</p><p> </p><p>In order to qualify for this grant, businesses must be part of the business rate system. Friend the Prime Minister published his Ten Point Plan for a Green Industrial Revolution on 18<sup>th</sup> November, in which he affirmed the Government’s objective to advance nuclear as a clean energy source. This includes large scale nuclear and developing the next generation of small and advanced reactors. The Ten Point Plan highlights the key role of nuclear in delivering deep decarbonisation of our electricity system alongside renewables and other technologies. Local authorities have the flexibility to provide grants of any size to businesses and/or to fund wider business support.</p><p> </p><p>Whichever formula is used to calculate grant allocations will result in a range of results with some areas receiving more than others. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/12/2020 answer text <p>The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) consists of independent experts who advise the Government on which vaccine(s) the United Kingdom should use and provide advice on prioritisation at a population level. The JCVI has advised that the first priorities for any COVID-19 vaccination programme should be the prevention of COVID-19 mortality and the protection of health and social care staff and systems.</p><p> </p><p>Therefore, in line with the recommendations of the JCVI, the vaccine will be initially rolled out to these priority groups, including care home residents and staff, people over 80 years old, and health and care workers. Spring Budget 2020 set out that the public sector will invest £640 billion over five years in our future prosperity.
