<p>The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) is aware of historical delays in payment of TBAP Trust’s pension contributions due to poor financial management and controls. The ESFA has intervened and in August 2018, issued the trust with a financial notice to improve. We have been informed that all pension payments are now up to date.</p><p> </p>
