The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has 118 employees declared BAME at grade 7; 8 employees who have declared BAME at Grade 5 and; 2 employees who have declared BAME at Grade 3. Note that personal characteristics are voluntary declarations and only 54% of BEIS employees have declared their ethnicity.
