<p>There will be no change to the cost to the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) for taking on the regulatory functions currently undertaken by the EU. This is due to the VMD being a full cost recovery agency and these regulatory functions are paid for by the veterinary pharmaceutical industry through the charges made on applications submitted.</p><p> </p>
