TFC is better targeted than childcare vouchers, as it broadens access to childcare to all families who meet the eligibility criteria, whether they are an employee or self-employed and regardless of who their employer is. That is why we have introduced reforms to dividend taxation and capital gains tax, and ended permanent non-domicile status – to ensure the rich pay their fair share. This has led to the top 1% of income taxpayers paying 29% of income tax – a record high.</p><p> </p><p>This Government is also committed to ensuring opportunities are shared in every part of the country. People across all regions are benefitting from investments the Government is making. For example, since 2015, £12bn from the Local Growth Fund has been provided to local enterprise partnerships for projects that benefit the local area and economy. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/07/2019 answer text <p>The Government published the <em>Integrated Communities Strategy Green Paper</em> in March 2018, inviting views on our vision for building strong integrated communities where people – whatever their background – live, work, learn and socialise together, based on shared rights, responsibilities and opportunities. In February 2019, we published the <em>Integrated Communities Action Plan</em> alongside the Government’s response to the consultation on the Green Paper. This set out the actions that Government will take to create socially and economically stronger, more confident and integrated communities. These documents were published in English.</p><p>Assisting the public to understand the threat from extremism is the responsibility of the Home Office. The independent Commission for Countering Extremism published the findings from their call for evidence earlier this month, which was the first public consultation on extremism. This modification was to extend the period for implementing the new arrangements so the new councils are operational from 1 April 2021.
