<p>The Government has previously set out its intention to carry out a review of the implementation of the overall package of reforms under Check, Challenge and Appeal by 2019. We will also work with the Valuation Office Agency to monitor implementation of the new system and ongoing improvements to ensure it is working effectively for ratepayers.</p>
