answer text <p>On 16 December 2014, the Government published 'the Implications of Devolution for England' covering proposals on decentralisation within England and proposals on English Votes on English Laws. Whichever option is ultimately decided upon must be clear, decisive and effective in producing fairness for the whole United Kingdom.
