There is anecdotal evidence of increasing waiting times in some areas. NHS England has worked closely with the Royal Colleges of Paediatrics and Child Health; General Practitioners; Nursing; Psychiatrists and Forensic Medicine and has used their standards for children and young people in secure settings as a basis for national service specifications for the health services commissioned in YOIs.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>A key component of this is that the service should deliver child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) which meet the emotional and mental health needs of children and young people accommodated within the secure setting, based on clinical need. In their annual report for 2012-13 <em>Monitoring the Mental Health Act in 2012/13</em>, published in January 2014, the CQC noted concerns raised by the House of Commons Health Committee over whether the Act’s powers of detention were being used improperly to access services. They said they found no direct evidence of unlawful practice.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>On 22 August 2014, the CQC published a series of reports relating to its inspection in May 2014 of services provided by Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. The CQC found that that bed occupancy at the Trust averaged 96.4% between October and December last year, compared to the average of 85.9% across England. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2014 answer text <p>Although there is no cure for fibromyalgia, some treatments can ease symptoms and support improved quality of life for patients. The treatments offered will depend on the severity of a patient’s condition, but may include: pharmacological pain relief; physiotherapy; dietary and exercise advice; counselling or cognitive behavioural therapy; and self-management programmes which aim to give patients the skills and confidence to manage their conditions more effectively. There are also a number of National Health Service trusts that offer specialist fibromyalgia clinics, such the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in Bath, which patients can access on referral from the clinician responsible for their care.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We know that early diagnosis is the key to improving outcomes across many conditions.
