We believe that the Youth Rehabilitation Order enables courts to sentence in a flexible and tailored way in order to effectively address offending behaviour.</p><p> </p><p>We are aware that Lord Carlile has recommended the implementation of this provision in his recent report into the effectiveness of the Youth Court.
