answer text <p>The Department for Transport has provided almost £400 million to local authorities since 2020/21 to improve active travel infrastructure, including outside schools. Active Travel England has recently announced a further £200 million of funding for local authorities and has encouraged bids that would enable more children to walk and cycle to school.</p> more like this
