answer text <p>The Department for Transport is responsible only for policy on the Blue Badge Scheme in England. The devolved administrations of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are responsible for the scheme in their own territory.</p><p> </p><p>The number of valid Blue Badges held in England at 31 March in each of the last five years is given in the attached table.</p><p> </p> more like this
