The Mayor of London has announced a limited vehicle scrappage scheme in relation to his proposed Ultra Low Emission Zone. While the RTFO does not incentivise specific fuels, fuels produced from wastes receive additional support under the scheme, this includes HVO produced from waste feedstocks.
