This is to ensure that those who are likely to be affected are reached and their views sought.</p><p> </p><p>The Department regularly consults on a wide range of issues. The Invitation to Tender documents were published in the Official Journal of the European Union. Cornwall Council then submitted their preferred bid and request for funding to the Department for Transport.
