answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/03/2019 answer text <p>The staff turnover rate for the Department for Transport (Department, the Driver Vehicle &amp; Licensing Agency, the Driver &amp; Vehicle Services Agency, the Maritime &amp; Coastguard Agency and the Vehicle Certification Agency) for the period 1 February 2018 to 31 January 2019 is 9.4%. This is a slight increase in comparison to the previous period in which staff turnover was 8.7%, but is significantly lower than the 15% UK average. The Department continually monitors staff turnover.
