However, the police do advise drivers that, if possible, they should make enquiries to ascertain the owner of domestic animals such as cats, and inform them of the situation. The consultation will contain an impact assessment.</p><p> </p><p>The effect of the changes to the regulatory regime, including those on schools and community groups, will form part of our considerations.
