answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/11/2016 answer text <p>The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published the ‘ECO: Help to Heat’ consultation’ [1] on 29 June 2016, which requested views on whether and how the Department should collect additional data on costs of the scheme from April 2017, including contributions from consumers. As part of that exercise, Departmental officials have discussed options with Ofgem E-serve, including the option set out in the consultation of conducting a sample survey. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/10/2016 answer text <p>The North-South interconnector is focused on increasing the integration of renewable energy between Ireland and Northern Ireland, and as such is a matter primarily devolved to Northern Ireland. Regarding the electricity supply between the island of Ireland and UK, imports into Scotland are constrained by wider constraints on the Scottish grid and on the border between Scotland and England. A number of measures are being taken to strengthen the Scottish grid and grid connections to England. These include the Western HVDC link, which is due for completion in mid-2017 and will provide an additional 2.2GW of capacity.
