The issues considered by the report are complex, both in relation to the proposed Swansea Bay project and to a potentially wider lagoon programme. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/02/2017 answer text <p>The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) closely monitors average retail petrol and diesel prices and publishes these data regularly. This is available at:</p><p>www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/oil-and-petroleum-products-weekly-statistics.</p><p>Using commercial reports of the wholesale fuel prices, analysis by the Department suggests that on average, at a national level, wholesale price changes are fully passed through into pump prices within 4-5 weeks. This time represents wholesale contractual arrangements and the time taken for fuel to be delivered to filling stations through the supply chain. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/01/2017 answer text <p>The Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has allocated £1.95bn to 2026 to co-fund aerospace related R&amp;D activities: 160 technology projects worth £1.3 billion are currently under way, spanning wings, engines, aero structures and advanced systems. This involves 195 different companies and organisations, including over 100 SMEs. In addition the Government is also helping the sector develop its supply chain by investing £80m in the Sharing in Growth supply chain performance improvement programme; the lead 43 companies have already won in excess of £1.4 billion of contracts as a result of this work.
