Policy on taxation is a matter for the Treasury.</p><p> </p><p>To achieve the ambitions set out in the Road to Zero strategy, Government is investing nearly £1.5 billion between April 2015 and March 2021, with grants available for plug-in vehicles and schemes to support chargepoint infrastructure. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/01/2017 answer text <p>The CCS Capacity Building Programme to which the Government committed £60 million from the International Climate Fund in 2012 is a multi-year programme currently underway, providing support for the development of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology in emerging economies, through developing the technical and institutional knowledge required for CCS deployment.</p><p>In addition, the UK is a member of Mission Innovation, an international initiative which aims to reinvigorate and accelerate global clean energy innovation with the objective to make clean energy widely affordable.
