The Airports Commission concluded that all three of its shortlisted schemes were financeable without public support.</p><p> </p><p>As set out in the revised draft Airports National Policy Statement, independent financial advisers have undertaken further work for the Government, and agree that all three schemes are financeable without on that basis.</p><p> </p><p>Heathrow Airport Limited would also pay in full the cost of any surface access required for airport expansion. All driving licence forms in either Welsh or English are available to order online via the GOV.UK website. The forms can also be ordered by telephoning the DVLA’s contact centre. Forms are issued within seven to 10 days of the DVLA receiving the request. This initial consultation closed on 25 May, and a further consultation on the revised draft Airports NPS was launched on 24 October 2017, closing on 19 December. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2018 answer text <p>The length of time taken to deal with an application depends on the medical condition and whether further information is required from medical professionals, such as a driver’s GP. In the financial year 2017/18, it took an average of 32 days to make a decision on a medical case, down from 37 days in the previous financial year.</p><p> </p><p>The DVLA has made major improvements in the length of time taken to deal with medical cases. In the last year, additional doctors have been recruited, taking the number employed from 22 to 35. In addition, ten nurses and additional casework staff have also been recruited to deal with the complex medical casework.</p><p> </p><p>In the last year the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) dealt with over 750,000 medical cases. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2018 answer text <p>Drivers who have had a pacemaker implanted must notify the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). This is to ensure that the DVLA can investigate the condition that led to the need for a pacemaker.
