<p>The Department for Transport did not undertake a formal cost-benefit analysis of the measures contained in the Pavement Parking (Protection of Vulnerable Pedestrians) Bill 2015-16. The Department does not routinely undertake cost-benefit analysis of Private Members’ Bills.</p>
