answer text <p>We cannot comment on the detailed content of the plan at this stage. However, it will set out our proposals for decarbonising the UK economy through the 2020s.</p><p> </p><p>Energy efficiency is the best long term solution to tackling fuel poverty. Our manifesto set out that we will help to insulate 1 million homes this Parliament, in line with our commitment to address fuel poverty. From April 2017, a reformed supplier obligation, ECO Help to Heat, will upgrade the energy efficiency of well over 200,000 homes per year.</p><p> </p> more like this
