The Energy and Emissions Projections 2015 assumed carbon capture and storage (CCS) generation from 2025. The Energy and Emissions Projections 2016 take into account the ending of the CCS Competition in November 2015, and assumes that CCS will not come on in any significant capacity over the period of this modelling to 2035.
