answer text <p>The techno-economic assessment (TEA) of small modular reactors (SMRs) was commissioned to provide a stronger evidence base to assess the benefits and risks of SMR deployment and inform a policy decision on whether the Government should support the development and deployment of SMRs within the UK. Together with phase one engagement, the findings of the TEA are being used in policy development, which remains under way. We will provide further information on the Government’s plan for the publication of the TEA in due course.</p><p> </p> more like this
