The scheme is estimated to be open for traffic in March 2020.</p><p> </p><p>The main construction milestones for the M20 smart motorway scheme are on track to be met. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2018 answer text <p>The Chancellor of the Exchequer announced in the Budget 2018 that a further £420 million was being made available to local highway authorities in England, outside London, to maintain their local road network, including the repair of potholes.
