The Government has made no recent assessment of the average cost of installing domestic electric vehicle charging points nor forecasted future costs to 2030. Funding is available through the Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Grant to support the provision of chargepoints in flats or rental accommodation, with up to £350 available towards the cost of purchasing and installing a chargepoint.
