<p>In order to qualify for the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS), more than half of an individual’s income must come from self-employment. Those who do not meet this criterion will not qualify for the scheme, although anyone requiring support before the beginning of June should have access to other measures appropriate to their individual circumstances. These measures include the relaxation of the earnings rules in Universal Credit.</p>
