answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2018 answer text <p>Road investment in Scotland is a devolved matter and any proposals to improve the A75 would, in the first instance, be a matter for the Borderlands local authorities to discuss with the Scottish Government. Where there are areas of cross-border interest UK Ministers remain keen to collaborate with their Scottish counterparts. Growth Deals are locally led and proposals must have local support, deliver growth and represent good value for public money. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Transport’s Honorary Medical Advisory Panel on driving and diabetes mellitus has recommended that continuous or flash glucose monitoring systems may be used to monitor glucose for the purpose of driving. This is subject to appropriate guidance being in place to maintain road safety standards.
