answer text <p>In London, transport is devolved to the Mayor of London and delivered by Transport for London (TfL). The ULEZ is one of The Mayor of London’s proposals to improve London’s air quality, and it is for him to manage any incentives relating to the scheme.</p><p>The Government is committed to increasing cycling and walking, and has a wide range of policies in place to support this. These were originally set out in detail in the statutory Cycling and Walking Investment Strategy, published in 2017.</p> more like this

The revised guidance is due to be published in February. This will allow the testing of interstitial fluid for driving licensing purposes for people with diabetes who drive cars or motorcycles. answer text <p>The Chancellor of the Exchequer announced in the Budget 2018 that a further £420 million was being made available to local highway authorities in England, outside London, to maintain their local road network, including the repair of potholes. The Department will shortly publish details of the individual funding allocations we are making available.</p><p> </p><p>This funding is in addition to just over £6 billion the Department is allocating to highway authorities for local highway maintenance from 2015 to 2021.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government’s statutory Cycling and Walking Investment Strategy, published in April 2017, set out that £1.2 billion of funding would be available to be invested in measures to increase cycling and walking in England over the period to 2021. The estimated contributions from local authorities and local enterprise partnerships of funding allocated from central government funds during this period are detailed in the table below. No estimate has been made of the total contribution of locally generated funds from local authorities.</p><p> </p><p>Since publication of the Strategy, additional funding streams have been made available to local authorities including the £1.7 billion Transforming Cities Fund, £220 million through the Clean Air Fund and £5 billion through the Housing Infrastructure Fund.
