answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/12/2017 answer text <p>As set out in the Road Investment Strategy (RIS) of December 2014, construction of the A1 dualling schemes between Morpeth and Ellingham is expected to start works in 2019/20. It is anticipated that all improvements will be completed by 2023. This is subject to completion of statutory planning processes and continuing to demonstrate value for money.</p><p> </p><p>The latest cost estimate range for the A1 in Northumberland programme is between £242 m and £344 m with the most likely estimate being £290 m. With regard specifically to the dualling upgrade between Morpeth and Ellingham, Highways England is currently carrying out surveys of the area to inform the preliminary design of the scheme. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/11/2016 answer text <p>The Government seeks to keep the UK a leading aerospace nation by continuing to work closely with the sector, including with the West of England Aerospace Forum (WEAF), to tackle barriers to growth, boost exports and grow high value jobs, through the Governments Industrial Strategy.</p><p>Through the Aerospace Growth Partnership (AGP), Government and industry have committed £3.9 billion for aerospace research; and through the Defence Growth Partnership (DGP), Government is supporting the UK defence sector to remove the barriers to export-led growth.
