Any decisions arising from the Review, including whether to proceed with the Swansea Bay project, will need to balance the priorities of security of supply, affordability and meeting our climate change obligations. We need to consider what is in the best interests of the energy consumer and taxpayer in the long term. To the end of February 2017, members have been paid a total of £75,656 for their work on the Committee. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/03/2017 answer text <p>The Department estimates that around 520,000 homes (or 260,000 per year) will be treated with 365,000 insulated, between April 2015 and the end of the current stage of ECO (in March 2017). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/03/2017 answer text <p>The targets under the current obligation are:</p><ul><li>Carbon Emission Reduction Obligation – 12.4 MtCO<sub>2</sub></li><li>Carbon Savings Communities Obligation – 6 MtCO<sub>2</sub></li><li>Affordable Warmth - £3.7bn of notional lifetime bill savings</li></ul><p> </p><p>These must be met by March 2017.
