<p /> <p /> <p>Draft regulations to extend the Freedom of Information Act to Network Rail in relation to functions of a public nature that it performs will be laid as soon as possible so that it is subject to the Act by April 2015 at the latest. The regulations, to be made under section 5 of the Act, are subject to affirmative resolution procedure.</p>
