answer text <p>Your COVID Recovery is an online tool being developed in two phases. Phase 1 was launched earlier this summer to enable patients and their families or carers to access further information around recovering post COVID-19. It provides a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and includes information on areas including mental health and wellbeing, to physical strength and returning to work. The development of Your COVID Recovery has been clinically led and by rehabilitation experts, with the support of recovered COVID-19 patients.</p><p>Phase 1 of the website is live and publicly available at the following link:</p><p><a href="http://www.yourcovidrecovery.nhs.uk" target="_blank">www.yourcovidrecovery.nhs.uk</a></p><p>It covers all aspects of care following an individual having had COVID-19 either in an acute or community setting.</p><p>Phase 2 is the virtual rehabilitation aspect of the platform and will be launched later in the autumn.</p> more like this
