<p>A summary of Defra’s assets and their Net Book Value as at 31 March 2015 will be
published in the Department’s Annual Report and Accounts (ARA) in due course. Defra’s
ARAs are available on the gov.uk website.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The table
below shows a list of freehold property owned by the Department as at June 2015 which
has been identified as a prospective asset sale, together with a summary of the status
of the sale. Freehold property is the only category of asset likely to generate any
significant sales. The list includes assets owned by Core Defra, its Executive Agencies
