answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/06/2018 answer text <p>We have raised our concerns about Mr Tofla Ndele's case at the highest levels of government in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and will continue to do so. I raised the case with the DRC Foreign Minister on 12 April. Consular officials in Kinshasa have visited Mr Ndele regularly since his detention in September 2017, most recently on 19 April 2018. We are aware of concerns that in some cases prosecutions have not been secured for some religion-related crimes and that a full assessment of the effectiveness of prosecution in such cases might not have been made. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2018 answer text <p>The British Government continues to provide financial, technical, and political support to the Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism (CTSAMM) in South Sudan, as part of our support for the High Level Revitalisation Forum. We are working with the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development ((IGAD) to ensure that CTSAMM is able to access areas where potential violations of the Cessations of Hostilities agreement may have taken place, and that they report on these in a timely manner. We strongly support the 25 January communiqué by the IGAD Council of Ministers, which demands that parties who have violated the Agreement to a Cessation of Hostilities submit their own reports to CTSAMM within one month, including the names of responsible individuals. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/01/2018 answer text <p>Within Eritrea, only four traditional religious organisations (Orthodox Christian, Sunni Muslim, Catholic, and the Lutheran Evangelical Church of Eritrea) have official approval to operate. Whilst this allows for the majority of Eritreans to worship freely, we are aware of reports that individuals from non-sanctioned religions are subject to detention, although reliable information is very difficult to obtain. Details of such detentions are not publicly released by the Eritrean government. We are also aware that a number of religious schools have been closed in recent months.
