There are no specific restrictions placed on how the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
promotes Give Feedback on Care via media channels.

However, the CQC is publicly
funded and is mindful of obtaining the best value for money when promoting public
campaigns related to its Give Feedback on Care service. Any costs over £100,000 are
required to go through the Cabinet Office expenditure approval process and due to
the potentially significant costs in securing some types of media promotion, the CQC
instead uses a range a delivery channels, including voluntary sector partners, social
media and low cost digital marketing, to raise awareness of their role and purpose
and to support and encourage more people in England to feedback on their experienced
or raise concerns.
