answer text <p>The Chancellor of the Exchequer, my right hon. Friend the Member for Tatton (Mr Osborne), announced in Budget 2015 the creation of a joint security fund of £1.5 billion by the end of the parliament.</p><p>The Strategic Defence and Security Review will decide how the fund should be best used.
