star this property answer text <p>The gender pay gap continues to fall, an increasing number of women are in full-time work, and there’s a higher percentage of women on FTSE 350 company boards than ever before.</p><p>There are strong protections against discrimination on the basis of sex in the Equality Act, including reaffirming equal pay protections.</p><p>Through mandatory gender pay gap reporting, we are motivating employers to improve workplace gender equality.</p><p>To accelerate this progress we’ve announced a pay transparency pilot, STEM returners programme, and a Taskforce on Women-Led High-Growth Enterprises.</p> more like this

Without a reliable supply of critical minerals, the health of these industries, and the communities in which they operate would be adversely affected.</p><p> </p><p>The Critical Minerals Strategy sets out the Government’s ambition to increase domestic capabilities in critical mineral supply chain, which has the potential to create well-paid jobs and boost productivity, particularly in areas such as Cornwall, Merseyside and Yorkshire.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The UK Government committed in New Decade, New Approach (NDNA) to provide funding to establish the Castlereagh Foundation, a fund to support academic research through Universities and other partners to explore identity and the shifting patterns of social identity in Northern Ireland.</p><p> </p><p>The Government amended the Identity and Language (NI) Bill in the House of Lords to enable the new Office of Identity and Cultural Expression to establish the Castlereagh Foundation. The UK Government will make funding available to the Office to establish the Foundation, in line with the NDNA commitment.</p><p> </p><p>The Bill has completed its passage in Parliament and is currently awaiting Royal Assent.</p> more like this
