We understand the frustration couples planning a wedding must be feeling at this time. We are keeping these restrictions under review and will ease them as soon as it is safe to do so. We will continue to work closely with faith leaders and local government over the coming weeks to go through the practicalities of doing so.</p><p>Marriages and civil partnerships under the special procedure for those who are seriously ill and not expected to recover, are taking place in some cases where it is safe to do so in line with PHE guidance.</p><p> </p> more like this

The applicant has yet to sign and return the short form funding agreement which would allow the project to progress.</p><p><strong>Saxton Gardens<br> <br></strong>This building did not meet the eligibility criteria for the first tranche of the Building Safety Fund but has reapplied for the reopened Fund. This application was submitted to the Department on 17 February 2023 and is undergoing technical assessment.</p><p><strong>The Gateway<br> <br></strong>Three of the four blocks in the Gateway development met the eligibility criteria for the Building Safety Fund and have been approved £18,637,639 ­­­­­­­­funding. The applicant has subsequently applied through the reopened Fund for works that will cover the whole of the development. The application is currently being considered.</p>

answer text <p>A British citizen who wishes to sponsor their foreign national fiancé or proposed civil partner to enter the UK and reside here permanently under the family Immigration Rules must provide evidence to confirm the couple have met in person.</p><p>Further guidance on the fiancé or proposed civil partner visa can be found here:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/fiancees-set01/fiancees-set01#set114-what-to-do-after-an-initial-refusal-on-the-grounds-of-not-having-met" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/fiancees-set01/fiancees-set01#set114-what-to-do-after-an-initial-refusal-on-the-grounds-of-not-having-met</a></p><p>A British citizen who does not wish to reside permanently in the UK with their fiancé can apply for them to enter as a visitor to conduct their wedding. answer text <p>A Musical Instrument Certificate (MIC) is ordinarily issued by the country of residence to facilitate multiple cross border movements of instruments covered by CITES controls.</p><p>Following our departure from the EU, by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020, the UK retained the CITES legislation and procedures followed whilst we were members of the EU. A second centre in the North of England will be required and discussions are ongoing with commissioners about the possible location.
